It’s situated very conveniently, right in front of the slopes. The staff is very helpful and welcoming and the rooms are big. Included breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with a lot of choice in local breakfast specials and typical hotel breakfast items, tea was so so.

The room was warm and clean. Food was above average(compliments for the spinach, chicken,mushroom and beef soup to the chef)

Don't have high expectations, it's not quite 4 stars luxury, but it's an ideal location for skiing in Borovets, just across the street from the gondola. The price-quality ratio was unbeatable, and if you are in Borovets for skiing and mountaineering, it's a good choice. Meals are above average, rooms are warm and clean, water is hot, the pool is 25m, parking is free. There is also a ski depot, but with no facilities for soaking the ski boots.

My Second stay..the same thoughts: It's a good location for skiing. Don't expect luxury, but is good value for money. Parking, ski depot, food above average, outdated rooms, but clean and warm, a lobby bar quite decent.

The hotel is clean and somewhat renovated. Clean rooms, clean swimming pool, etc. The view from the 8th floor was amazing. Excellent location, big but quiet hotel. Loved the swimming pool and the spa. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
