There is Pablo , who worked in both restaurant and ski rental . He is very friendly , helpful and attends to all the customers needs. He made our experience much better.

Fantastic place! Well designed and furnished rooms.Delicious food, both breakfast and dinner. Polite and helpful staff! Amazing coffee!

The rooms were nicely furnished, the bed and bedding were very comfortable. Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and they were very good and delicious.

The location is great, the facilities of the hotel are also great - it has sauna, jacuzzi and etc. The interior is amazing. The staff - i want to thank the reception, for always proactively assisting with every question and request.All of the staff were kind and professional. I recommend.

Great place... although not my prefered style of decoration, it was cosy and wellcoming. The staff was indeed helpful. They even let me park at the hotel while I was hiking beautiful peaks of Rila.
