Good location, clean place and nice people. I really enjoyed my stay there. I recommend it. You can go to natural park by walking from guest house. Hot water available all the time.

Besa uncle had been an amazing host. Rooms were tidy with clean washrooms and good heater. We also had a chance to pet their pet Alfa. This is highly recommended place.

A cosy, homely place with a veranda full of grape vines, which looks wonderful on a sunny day. We stayed in Borjomi for just one night, arriving from Kutaisi and leaving the next day in the late afternoon for Gori. The owner of the house, Besarioni, and his son speak English and they helped us with the travel arrangements on the day of departure. Besarioni, in fact, also offers a taxi service, which is very useful if, like us, you plan to extend your trip to see the Vardzia site and the Rabati castle in Akhaltsikhe. The hosts were very kind and friendly. There is a serene and joyful atmosphere in the house, to which Besarioni's wife and their one-year-old grandson, a rising football star, ‘the new Kvaratskhelia’ in his grandfather's words, also contribute.

Very very friendly hosto with a flavour of being family guets. They also helper us by diving us to Zagdidi in a very safe and cost effective way.
