Crowded outside street as right in the heart of tourist area yet photos made one think hotel in forest. Next to beautiful park and their sauna/steam room lovely

Old historic building, great location, nice staff, close to central park. The hotel is really 3 stars, there is a spa, with a jacuzzi and 2 saunas.

It is a historic building and looks beautiful. The rooms have an old school look but in a positive way. It is close borjomi park. Our highlights were the daily spa sessions including sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. We also loved the breakfast. We had read that it was bad but we could not confirm it. We also spend NYE here. The staff was very attentive and left some small traditional Georgian bites in our room which was a small but welcomed gesture.

The private spa facility was a bonus. Location was central. Staff helped with carrying luggage as there is no lift. Best khinkali and pepperoni pizza. Good breakfast. Help with tours. Lady at the reception was helpful. We could park our car inside.
