Location is super! Near to an amazing Park with free complimentary access for the guests. Facilities especially the wellness center is so good. The river view is amazing.

I was truly amazed by the hotel, both in its exterior and interior design. It resembled a fairy tale castle, offering a magical ambiance. Inside, the lounge was incredibly stylish and inviting, creating a perfect atmosphere. The vibrant spirit of New Year was palpable everywhere. The location was simply outstanding; we reached the peak of the national park and traveled comfortably in a cozy car, watching the snow silently dance around us. Overall, our family trip was absolutely amazing!

Spa and wellness facilities are awesome! I should also thank all the staff for the very welcoming reception and being helpful during the whole stay! Lobby restaurant and bar are also charming!

Hotel location is the best in Borjomi. The staff is very professional and friendly. Hygiene measures are in place. The indoor hotel pool and spa are nice and are both open till 22:00 while Gym is 24/7. Food in the hotel's restaurants is really tasty Free pass to borjomi park and natural pools by showing the room entry card

It is amazingly located hotel. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are spacious. View from our river view room was outstanding. Pool was warm, area was clean, great choice of saunas. Breakfast was top notch. Overall experience 10/10
