Perfect location very close to Central park and bridge of beauty. Very nice host , English speaking and service oriented. They have a parking place at the property. They provide and kitchenette if you want to cook your breakfast or they can prepare for you at a cost. Overall recommended for families.

We paid a little extra for breakfast which was well prepared and plenty of it. Host was really helpful and friendly. Borjomi was a lovely town with plenty walks and interesting buildings. Restaurants we went to offered good quality food at reasonable prices.

Everything was good As was written before, the hotel owner is lady who suggested us what places is necessary to visit, and even helped us to construct the day. She also presented a bottle of home wine, very nice wine, we enjoyed in terrace before go to sleep. Definitely recommend this hotel,

Very nice and peaceful place to stay with generous and kind hosts. We had a nice wine on the small terrace and a great breakfast. There was a lovely garden with cherry tree outside the cottage :)
