Extremely clean. The bathroom is very modern and fancy. The balcony was very spacious. There was a large selection of plates, cutlery etc. There was everything you could need for cooking. The beds were comfortable. The TV had youtube support. There was plenty of towels. 24/7 convenience store in the neighboring building. Plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby.

The apartment is smaller than I expected to be honest, the kitchen area to be specific, but the bedroom size is pretty big. Still, it is a small cozy apartment, kitchen has almost everything you need for cooking, heater is water heater is warm but only in the kitchen area, if you want the warm to spread to the room, you'll have to leave the bedroom door opened so it'll get slightly warmer. Apartment is pretty clean. Host is friendly. there is a very nice restaurant just nearby. Since Borjomi is a small town, we walked everywhere, almost everything is within walking distance.The apartment is a bit hard to find, because if you walk along the street, the number on the apartment along the street is ascending, so it was quite confusing. This apartment is listed on Google map so just follow the direction, walk until you found the signboard with a big 6 (please find photo attached) on it and turn right. Yes the apartment is up the hill. If you come here with a marshutka, it's best you get down at the bridge in front of Spar, that's the closest drop off point to the apartment. From there it'll be around 10-20 mins walk to the apartment, but it took us 30 minutes because we were busy playing with the stray dogs along the way :D
