Good location for beaches, theme parks like Mirabilandia. Rooms very spacious and modern with very good wi-fi. Caffè next door good for a typical Italian breakfast of coffee and pastries. Only pity that use of kitchen was not allowed as it would've saved us money in eating out

We stayed in the family suite for two nights. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and equipped with all the necessary tools for a relaxing stay. The breakfast meal in the bar next to the property was delicious, the staff very helpful and polite.

Apartment is indeed very spacious, clean, and in the perfect location for visiting Mirabilandia. The cleaning lady was friendly and took great care of us (we needed extra bedding and towels). Two full bathrooms came in handy, especially since we traveled as two families together. There is free parking, and we haven't had any issues, even with our large van. While there is no breakfast available, the location is attached to a small coffee shop that sells various sandwiches and pastries, as well as quite good coffee at reasonable prices. What I appreciated the most is that we could bring our rather large dog without any complications, and there is vast nature around the complex, so he could go for nice evening walks. We will certainly try to stay here again on our next visit to Mirabilandia.
