Ok first of all the hotel does not have a sign on the front saying it’s Radisson so very confusing when lots of traffic and on way system! Reception Staff friendly and welcoming! Car parking ok but away from hotel so again you have to negotiate the traffic to work back a block from the hotel! Room ok clean but very warm as Air conditioning blowing hot air! Complained to staff and they were well aware and apologised! Bedding not great at all as sheet not fitting twin bed so kept coming off! Shower tray dangerous as slippy when wet! Overall not a great advert for Radisson! I must say though the Staff are trying their best to apologise for Air con and signage

We stayed one night in the middle of a long drive. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Next time we will stay longer to enjoy Bordeaux.

The facility was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The food prices were fair. The highlight was the exceptionally hospitable, friendly and professional staff. Had a very satisfying stay. The location is not good due and also to locate it at a rainy night was near impossible due to not visible signage. But the staff, especially at the front desk , Morgan was brilliant. So was Simon at the bar / restaurant who’s was very professional , friendly and nice.. overall the experience was very fulfilling.

The size of the room was great. Bar was nice - good selection of wine and empty when we were there. Nice vibe though.

The Hotel was much more than we expected.A stone’s throw from a tram stop,breakfast was superb,bedrooms were so comfortable and big. Absolute value for money.

Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Wait staff were professional, friendly and attentive. Meal was very pleasing. Breakfast in the same room next morning was also very satisfactory. I have stayed here before and that's why I added this to our itinerary this year. Didn't disappoint. Members of my group were very happy with the location, staff, rooms and restaurant. It was a quick visit, but would recommend for a longer stay as well.
