Lovely, clean, spacious room. Comfy bed and very peaceful. Georges was very helpful with local areas of interest. We had an enjoyable visit.

Very deceptive, very clean, big room, very comfortable big bed, soooo….. quiet😁 excellent decor George has very good taste, and an excellent host as everyone has said! Easy to walk into central Bordeaux or jump on a tram a short walk from house! Super breakfast👍 And a nice Zebra😉

Super clean and well decorated, very private as well. Georges is the best host you can have. We felt completely at home, he knows the area and the city like no one else. Thank you for the warm welcome and pleasant stay. In case you wonder, the area is safe and parking your car won’t be a problem

Very comfortable room, clean and quiet. Georges was very helpful. Other reviews mentioned the location. Although not in a lively part of town, I felt very safe. 15 minute walk to train station.

What's not to like? Great location, great host and fantastic accommodation. Georges gave us a map and highlighted all the places worth seeing. My wife and I had an awesome stay!!

The rooms were decorated with an amazing amount of flair and style. They were enormous compared to many places in which I have stayed. What made our stay even more enjoyable was our host, George, who was so charming and helpful that we really wanted to stay longer. We were not able to enjoy the famous breakfast as I had an early flight, but this gives us an excellent reason to return. I recommend La Parenthèses des Capucins unreservedly.

Georges was a great host and very accommodating. Room was spacious and well equipped. Lovely powerful shower. Market close by, and centre ville walkable.
