Close to local buses and trams and main railway station. The hotel was new, quirky, very safe. The rooftop terrace and pool were great and there was lots of indoor seating with other bar areas. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made our stay Jost wonderful.

- The room was nicely decorated and generally felt comfortable (clean, working amenities etc.) - Windows could be opened 👍 - It was quiet (as in soundproof) even though right next to the massive array of train tracks - There was a complimentary tea / coffee station in the hallway - Potential pool on the rooftop, but too cold in December obviously - Crows always a plus

Great meet and greet. Plenty of information on how to get into the city. Via bus, or walk to the trams. Information about the hotel facilities. Restaurant, bar etc. Also gave us two vouchers for a glass of wine. Coffee and Tea available, also syrup for cold drink in the corridor. Didn't eat at hotel, but did visit twice for drinks. Nice helpful member of staff.

Very comfortable hotel - well appointed. Short walk from St Jean station. Great location opposite a lively bar with good choice of different foods. Bakery and small Super U store in the same precinct. Regenerated area with lots of history
