The facilities are nice and comfortable and there is parking for cars. The breakfast was particularly good with a wide choice of food. The staff were nice and friendly and helpful with information about where and what to see. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and the river is just across. It is located near the train station and close to tram stops too, so moving around is easy and by tram to the city centre is a 10 minutes ride where you have a wide choice of restaurants, eateries and wineries.

Very good location 5 minutes walk from the main train station and tram stops. Staff were friendly and helpful with bag storage. Also easy access to the riverside for walking and getting onto the cycle routes.

Staff were always friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of sweet and savoury items and plenty of fresh fruit. Tea and coffee machine excellent. Car parking secure and easy to access.
