The room was very nice and comfortable, with beautiful decoration and amenities. The rest of the hotel (the common places) is modern and cozy, where you can relax etc. Really close to the bus/train station Saint-Jean and a tram station as well. The staff was very kind and helpful!!

There was nothing not to like. From the greeting on arrival to waving goodbye, we were treated like returning friends. Kevin booked us in early so we could enjoy the day without our luggage. He even drew us a map of places we must see. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. Checknout was easy and they even offered to keep our luggage for the day.

Staff super friendly, all people we met speak at least english. Breakfast is great. The room we took was very confortable, clean and nicely decorated. It was an interior room so 0 noise from the exterior

Shout out to the reception team who were super friendly & helpful. The hotel is modern, clean & well decorated. The room we had was small but functional & very calm. Breakfast was really good with wide choice of home made products & local products (honey, OJ, jams, salty & sugary options etc) Great quality/ price mix & location perfect for the station/tram & bordeaux. Highly recommended
