The fine print
Please note that transfers are included in the room rate for guests arriving at Caticlan Airport. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their flight details and expected time arrival. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Please note that the guest name on the reservation must be the same as the name on the card used to make the booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. The hotel may pre-authorise your card before arrival, but actual payment will be done at the hotel.Accommodations have a maximum capacity of 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 years old and below. When accompanied by a dine-in adult, up to 2 children of the registered in-house hotel guests aged 6 and below can enjoy buffet meals at Vintana Asian Cafe at no additional charge. Additional children aged 6 and below and all children who are above 6 years of age but under 12 years old will receive a 50% discount on the adult buffet price. Applicable for all Shangri-La Circle Members. Buffet is subject to availability.A surcharge of PHP 1,000 inclusive of taxes per room per way will be applied for all arrival and departure speedboat journeys from 1900H to 0700H.In accordance with Aklan Province General Ordinance number 2022-021 section 29.3, a terminal fee of PHP 300 shall be charged to each guest arriving in and departing from Boracay Island. Residents of Aklan province with proof of residence, non-residents of Aklan with proof of Aklanon lineage, holders of a valid terminal pass, and children five (5) years old and below are exempt from paying the terminal fee. Please be advised that effective 1 May 2023, we shall be collecting this amount upon check out.The municipality of Alan collects an environmental fee from tourists upon arrival. Starting 3 October 2022. PHP 150 will be charged to local tourists residing outside Aklan province, and PHP 300 to foreign nationals. Persons ages 5 years old and below, regardless of nationality, shall be free from the payment of the fee. Filipino senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs) and students are entitled to a twenty percent (20%) discount. This fee will be advanced by the Resort and charged to the guest folio, for settlement upon check-out.

Location is the best on the island. Service was great from pick up at airport to drop off when we were leaving. We were only there for 2 nights, but wished we could’ve stayed longer. The rooms are big and spacious, we stayed as a family of 3 and even the simple touches of bathrobe and slippers for my child were thoughtful. We stayed during Chinese New Year, so got to enjoy the celebrations. The best Shangri-La hotel we’ve stayed at by far!

Rooms were clean, tastefully designed and all amenities worked perfectly. Location was paradise. The beach is post card perfect. Breakfast buffets was the largest and tastiest I’ve experienced to date. Staff were wonderful and well trained.

The staff, location, and sheer comfort of the bed were just amazing! The resort has two beautiful beach areas, both well-maintained, and of course, you get full food and drink service right on the sand. The concierge service was next-level—super quick to respond and willing to arrange absolutely anything. Case in point: I accidentally broke my Starbucks Boracay mug while packing, and they literally drove back to town and brought me a new one on our last night. Now that’s service! Amazing resort. Super peaceful, plenty of space, never felt crowded. Incredible food. Friendly and attentive staff. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had such a great time at the hotel! The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and there’s a shuttle available at all times to take guests from place to place since the hotel is large. The breakfast was amazing with a wide selection. In the evening, we dined at Rima restaurant, and the food was delicious! We also ate at the restaurant on the hotel’s private beach, and it was excellent. Stunning sunsets, great workouts at the gym—truly a luxurious experience!
