Nothing was too much trouble. Owners and staff were so helpful. We were in a small room but they upgraded us to a larger room, with kettle and cups. They offered their kitchen for us to use. Gave us beach towels. Young girl cooked our breakfast every morning was always smiling. This hotel was exceptional and could charge a lot more for rooms. Very close to beaches but nice and quiet as well. All staff were so friendly we felt part of the family. Well worth a stay.

Everything was exactly what we wanted. Lovely clean room. Amazing staff. Amazing breakfast. Fast WiFi. Amazing location. Amazing value for money!

The owner and all the staff are really friendly, always smiling. We could also use their kitchen. The location is nice and quiet and if you want you are really fast close to everything.

One of my favourite hotels within my last three months of travelling. The breakfast is amazing, the staff are very accomodating and friendly. WiFi is perfect. Great location too! Would definitely stay again.

Clean, convenient, affordable and walking distance to the beach, D'Mall and all the stations. I hope the hotel stays open and not sell their property

Such lovely managers and staff. Great to chat with and nothing was a problem. Fantastic location away from the busy area but close to both main beaches, restaurants etc. Nice quiet area Very nice breakfast. Strong coffee. Nice, bright clean rooms

The hotel was conveniently located a few walks from the D'Mall drop off zone. Room was clean and tidy and the staff were really warm and attentive.
