Bad - There was no wardrobe in an enormous room we lived out of our suitcases and only ine location to access your bag - bed not great - pool noise while eating breakfast - romantic meal was terrible the wine was like vinager and I vomited the whole meal - we reserved a table only to arrive with someone else sitting there so we ended up next to 3 large AC units - there was also a lot of crashing from staff setting up breakfast - it was a disaster Also I requested to see the manager 3 times at reception and she avoided me as my booking went wrong and the confirmation was for February not January they refused to move the dates and took the whole amount - they or and booking.com are running a huge scam - I want my money back Good - cleaning staff front door guys Bad again - service staff were to up themselves very arrogant also breakfast is cleaned away at 10 when last call is for breakfast- very poor Manager should be fired for not facing her responsibility I am a captain on private yachts I know high service

3rd time staying at Henann Lagoon Resort Boracay and it was just as enjoyable as the last. Located close enough to the main action of station 2 but is a street back from the beach front so is more quiet at night. Love the direct pool access room. We mostly liked the staff, super friendly and helpful.

The hotel breakfast was amazing, my family enjoyed it so much. The family room has a great space for us as it can accommodate a family of 10. Booked 2 rooms and added 2 children. The room was also located infront of the pool area and accessing it after our beach trip was a plus, especially for kids.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The pool area was beautifully maintained, the rooms were nice, and the staff was exceptionally polite and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Ive been traveling around europe, and this hotel is one of the best so far. The staff were accomodating, the breakfast was superb and the room facility were awesome.

It was a great resort. The property was generally well maintained and check-in was efficient and the staff helped us with our bags. The room we booked was really comfortable and had direct pool access and it was really nice to be able to step out into the pool and swim anytime. The pools were really great after a long day exploring Boracay. Breakfast in the main restaurant had a good mix of Asian and Western options and was really yummy, although it did get busy during peak times. Although the hotel is not beachside, the transportation options were convenient to get around Boracay including trike and hop on bus. The staff were wonderful - always friendly and happy to help.

Excellent breakfast offering, albeit busy. Pool view room. Step outside to get a taxi. 200m to the beautiful station 2 white beach. Plenty of shops & restaurants nearby
