The staff tried everything to accommodate us.. the only downside is the loud music that was on every night which created a lot of angst for some. I think the owners should make every effort to ensure the music volume is turned down to accommodate all which will ensure a much more comfortable stay.

We stayed in the hotel with family and friends, and it was a great experience in the hotel. The airport transfers were seamless. No problems encountered. The ambiance of the hotel was lovely, Spanish inspired design. The room was big, toilet was superb, the bed mattress was just perfect, pillows were okay though. The location is inside D-Mall which is very accessible to the beach and other establishments/ restaurants/ bars. The staff were friendly during our stay, very accommodating to our requests. They also accommodated my friend’s request as it was the birthday of her mum, the band sang a happy birthday song, the staff surprised her mum with the cake we brought. They went an extra mile. Breakfast has a variety of choices of food and drinks.

Fantastic location, just metres from the famously stunning White Beach. Beautiful building surrounded by the best restaurants and cafes and d' Mall. You can't get a better location. Staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and made our stay special. The rooftop pool has beautiful 360 degree views around the island. Rooms are spatious and beauitfully elegant and comfortable. We'd definitely stay at Feliz again.
