Staff are welcoming. Transfer service is exceptional. They help you carry your luggage. No hassle and no waiting in line on the boat and van. If you have children, make sure you avail their transfer services. It's a bit more expensive than other travel agencies, but nothing beats comfort and convenience.

The staff were friendly and super helpful. There was variety of choices for the breakfast buffet and the food tasted really good. I booked two rooms, and they upgraded one of ours for free. We were also given a superior room with pool access on the ground floor which was great. They were also big in size. The hotel has two separate pools so it wasn't crowded at all. Free beach towels for guest use. The hotel has access to the beach which leads to a stretch of stores and restaurants.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Most of the staff went above & beyond to provide our needs. We truly felt Filipino hospitality. We travelled with kids and the staff were so friendly and always smiling. There's a couple of lifeguards at the poolside, which gave us peace of mind while the kids were swimming. Restaurant food is pricey and has limited options, but with the best quality. We ate at different hotel restaurants nearby, but the Astoria restaurant is way better. Seamless travel with the airport transfer service, reasonable price when you think of comfort and convenience.

Easy access to the beach, room is huge and clean. Swimming pool is great for little children. There was a Christmas Caroles every morning singing by the kids, it was so amazing. Best airport transfer !!!

Location , service . Especially the service , staff are well-trained . Plenty of good restaurants nearby , Sunny Side Cafe , Guisseppe. About 400 meters away from the boat dock of Station 3 which is the jump off for all water activities.

The staff were so exceptionally friendly, helpful and kind. The location is perfect- right on the beach and close to lots of other restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel offers a great buffet service- we loved the complimentary breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard.

The room was spacious and clean. Great location, beachfront, near 7/11. Helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was ok. Complete kitchenware and toiletries.
