I spoke to the reservations department 24 hrs prior to visiting to request 2 rooms next to each other as we had an autistic grandchild in our party. I was assured this would happen, but on arrival the rooms were on the opposite sides of the hotel. Not impressed.

The young man on reception was very helpful and friendly, upgrading us to a room with a view of the river. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. Our only criticism is that you can't make a drink and there weren't even any water glasses in the room. Having said that that, we could make have tea or coffee free of charge when the breakfast bar opened in the morning.

Stewart at check in checked regarding car parking. There are limited spaces we were told but when we accessed the car park there seemed to be ample spaces. Great for walking into town. Rooftop bar is very nice on 4th floor check out the views. Rooms are modern no carpet just lino but bathroom has under floor heating.

Receptionists are polite. Wifi works. Breakfast has warm food and vegetables. The hotel is new or renovated (in 2025).

Breakfast was of good quality and ample choice, also beverages. Location is very convenient close to City Center and access to Highway. Rooms are comfortable, a little spartan, but that is also the Hotels way of being sustainable. Wifi works very well in the Hotel and the Roof terrace bar is a greta location to unwind after a day outside.

The location and the price per night were by far the perks of this hotel. The rooms were quiet and quite clean (except for the walls that could use some repainting). The coffee was also great.
