Room - my booked room Large Double Room is very spacious and fully equipped. Bathroom is a little small but well maintained. Breakfast - good quality with both cold and warm food (scrambled eggs, bacons). The service lady was very nice. Location - in a quite quatier of the city center, 30 m to a Tram/Bus station, with very convenient connection to city center/Hbf and other places. Check-in - I was late in the evening to check-in, but the reception lady was super nice to wait for me.

Our family rented an apartment (separate from the hotel premises) for 2 nights. It was very clean, conveniently located and not too far from the city center (approx. 15 min on foot). Breakfast was good value for money and the staff was very kind. We recommend!

I have stayed here several times, it's one of my favourite hotels in Bonn. Quiet and clean, good breakfast and excellent location. The people in the reception are really nice and helpful, in particular Eliana, which always makes sure that everything is alright. I will definitely come back.

Excellent and fidel service. Didn't have a breakfast there but looked nice. Room cleaned right and sincerely, while maintaining cozy atmosphere of a traditional vibe. Quite neighborhood to charge your tranquile stay.

Upon my arrival the staff were very warm and readly available to check my reservation. Superb customer service from the receptionist, great people skills. The bathroom was brand new and the room was filled with nice quality furniture.
