Being a daily I like the indoor pool. The view on the river Rhein that we can have from some rooms and facilities is nice.

Not a big breakfast eater so didn’t want a whole cooked meal. Not eager to pay €20 for a coffee and a croissant. However the friendly staff said there was no problem if I just had a coffee and croissant in the price. Very good customer relations I think. Thanks

Friendly welcome, nice cocktail bar, apparently a spa and gym but I didn't have time to try it. Will be back! Recommend it for the location too. Parking is available for a fee, breakfast too.

The King Room provided to us as a an upgrade through Booking.com was excellent, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Great hotel, comforable rooms (with view on the Rhine river. Nice swimming pool (warm!) and fitness area. superb breakfast. Good location near to town centre.

Conveniently located just a 10 minutes walk from town and 15 minutes from train station. The rooms are large and comfortable, and I appreciated they came with a mini fridge as well. Although not modern, it was clean and had minimal wear and tare. Rooms are quiet and do not hear any noise from outside

The location of the hotel is perfect for Christmas markets. It is right on the river, has a tram stop nearby, and the main train station is a 15 minute walk away. The hotel is modern, clean, the staff are friendly and our room (427) was huge with a balcony and a bit of a river view, dining table and 1 chair, large walk in shower that was powerful.
