Really pretty castle-like stay. Shared bathrooms, but appreciate the cleanliness of the washrooms. All facilities are provided and the host is really helpful. It's a quick 15 min walk to the train station.

It is not often that you get to spend a few days at a Villa. So when I saw the opportunity and that too at a very attractive price, I went for it. I am happy that I did. The place was beautiful, located in nice, quiet neighborhood. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly.

The villa was amazing, super cosy, clean and beautiful with friendly staff, and mountain views from the room. It was fantastic value for money, in a great quiet location only 5min walk from the centre.

Everything was fine and great apart from the fact that there was no AC and the fan provided wasn't sufficient for 3 of us. The property was clean, the facilities were great as well. Couldn't ask for more. This may be great place for stay during winter.

The location is really good! Just 5 minutes away from the city Center and still ver easy to go out from the city without traffic. Also the stuff are really nice and helpful and you have everything you need in the apartment. We had a really good time!

The villa is located in a very nice and quiet area very close to the old town and the bus/train station. There are different gardens around the villa one can use to just sit and relax The people in the reception are all super friendly We were a bit worried about sharing the bathroom but however it turned out ok.

Beautiful place to spend time in Bolzano. This is an authentic villa, lots of space in the room. It’s very nice when in the morning you can make fresh coffee with cream yourself, as well as make a light snack of toast and jam, all this is provided by the owners. There is a refrigerator, which is very convenient if you need to put some snacks for hiking. The responsive and kind owner is ready to help with any question. The beds are comfortable, there are two bathrooms, so there weren't too many queues. A great location if you're traveling around the region by public transport, with easy access to the train and bus stations

Our room was on the top floor in the eaves, quite quirky with lots of interesting angles - though a tall person would have had to watch their head at times. The bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee-making facilities were just outside our door. The villa is in a great location close both to the town centre and to the parkland by the river. Good to have a parking option on site (daily charge)
