Excellent place for ebikers. Storage & charging in a secure room, and located in the city centre. Lots to see and do as soon as you walk out of the door. The room was spacious and comfortable too.

Just used door code that was provided by the host a couple days before arrival. We rented two apartments as there were eight of us staying. One code did not work on arrival. A quick call to the host and it was resolved as the host has remote access to change the door lock codes. The location was about a 10 min walk from the train station and in a great shopping location. On Saturday morning there was a great local market set up on the street less than a block away.

The location was great, it is very central and close to the bus and train station. Also a lovely atmosphere in the area with everyone on foot or on their bikes going about their business. When we finally found the offices the staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment is all you need and was clean and comfortable.

Bolzano was a beautiful town. We took the cable car up to the Alpe di Siusi and had a wonderful time. It is a magical place. We also stopped in to learn about Utzi the Iceman. Extremely interesting and a great museum if you have an interest in people thousands of years ago.
