The location is amazing, in a pedestrian area in the city centre, 2 minutes walking from piazza Walther. Our apartment was very spacious and clean. They have a restaurant / cafe downstairs with a great outdoor seating area.

I believe that there are many apartments at Residence Fink. We stayed in the five bedroom apartment on Via dei Portici. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious with high ceilings, beautiful wood parquet floors, antique furniture pieces and art and a balcony looking out onto a nice view. It felt historic but updated with charming decor. It was wonderful to hear the bells ringing from the apartment balcony in the morning. This apartment easily accommodated our group of 8 although one of the beds was in the living room (a double bed) so one of our group had no privacy. Also, two of the bedrooms are connected to each other (a double bed and a single bed) so they are less private as well. I had a hard time finding information about the layout of the apartment beforehand. The apartment layout is: 1 large room with a double, 2 small bedrooms connected (one with a double, one with a small single bed) 1 room with a comfortable double 1 room with a broken uncomfortable single 1 double bed in the living room. Bookshelves with books made it feel more homey. A washing machine was included in the apartment which was great. (No dryer, but a drying rack is available). The kitchenette with fridge made it easy for us to eat in the apartment and save leftovers. The thermostat in the apartment worked well and we were very comfortable temperature wise. The location is wonderful, it is located on a very nice upscale shopping street just off of Piazza Walther. A flew doors down is the charming Sudtiroler Werkstatten shop which showcases local artisan handcrafts. There are great bakeries and shops all around. We enjoyed the Franziskaner Bakery just up the street. It is also a short walk from the South Tyrol Archeological Museum (Otzi) and the tickets were included with the apartment. (We still went online to make a reservation though and were glad we did because the museum was crowded).

Bolzano card was given when requesting it. Was a little worried when reading some reviews, but we just waited a couple of minutes to be created and received it by e-mail immediately :)

We loved this place! Such a great place for families in a fantastic location. As a family of five there was plenty of room, kitchen was great (would have loved a microwave) and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
