A wonderful breakfast and professional, helpful staff. Great location (easy to walk from the station with suitcases) as well as an easy stroll to the main part of town. Comfortable bed and very lavish rooms and bathroom. Lift access, as well as a bar and restaurant at the hotel.

Wonderfully big bedroom and very well appointed bathroom - great water pressure in the shower! Huge and very comfortable bed. The hotel has a fabulous bar, decorated and appointed in traditional style with a great atmosphere: the pianist played a series of interpretations of movie themes with skill and feeling.

I had written a very positive review something like eight years ago. I am glad to say I returned to this hotel and noticed nothing had changed. Actually it was even better than I remember it. When in Bolzano dont bother looking at any other place. The chic yet cosy bar, the impeccable rooms the lovely breakfast , the vast gardens and the position. It is just grandiose. Thankyou to the management down to room maids for doing an excellent job!

Wow! Each time I stay here it seems better. It is sparkling clean and classy. All employees practiced careful COVID protection methods. The hotel is beautiful and grand but the staff is kind and personable. The room I had was incredible. It was large and luxurious. Dinner outside (on a warm Bolzano evening with a more diversified menu) was delicious. Breakfast was very good. The ability to eat outside on the front terrace was nice. Custom breakfast beverage service was prompt. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. This is a memorable and great hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the old town and the main train station and it had old world charm. The breakfasts were very good, the rooms were quiet and if you needed a car spot, there was a paid parking facility across the road.

Beautiful historic building older style We had issues with our allocated room but these were resolved by staff with good grace. Worth dining in the glasshouse restaurant for a special experience!!

Beautiful hotel. We booked 2 rooms (for 3 people) and both rooms were spacious, one had a small balcony, both were very clean, plenty of space for luggage, lovely large bathrooms. Breakfast was plentiful, good coffee and tea. Walking distance to train station, cable cars, Christmas markets, Otzi etc. we would stay here again
