This hotel exudes charm and character, offering a delightful stay in the heart of the city. Its central location places guests within walking distance of numerous restaurants and the main shopping street, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and convenience. The staff are exceptionally helpful, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The breakfast is excellent, providing a great start to the day. Additional amenities, such as the sauna and rooftop area, add a special touch to the stay. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort, charm, and a prime location.

An elegant building with spacious rooms in an excellent location. Quiet yet central to everything including the station. The various levels and stairs provide interest and character reflective of the Archie of the city.

The hotel is an amazing labyrinth of stairs and passageways and delightful nooks and crannies, all the way from the cellar to the rooftop. The architects masterfully joined various historical structures across the block. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied and the staff is on hand for special requests. It reflects the local culture so there isn't back or sausage or eggs or waffles readily available. I don't know if these can be specially requested. I personally asked for a cappuccino with almond milk and that was prepared forthwith. I don't know if you can ask them to cook eggs or bacon - that's a question to ask when you reserve. The hotel is excellently located in the historical center of town just around the corner from some of the finest restaurants (the Franziskanerstube, just around the corner across the street, is one of the best).

Everything was exceptional. Absolutely loved our stay. The historic building is magnificent, breakfast was superb, delicious and beautifully laid out. Possibly the nicest breakfast we have experienced at a hotel. The location is top notch in the heart of the historical centre within easy walking distance from the station and the staff were amazing. There are lots of tucked away common areas to sit and relax. Great wine bar right opposite.

A beautifully designed hotel in a historic townhouse in the centre of Bolzano. Stylist and very comfortable rooms. Fantastic night sleep. Great breakfast in a beautiful room. Will definitely return. Please visit the Frankziskaner stube next to the hotel to experience the amazing local cuisine.

Everything you could ask for in a boutique hotel, the interior design throughout the hotel was impressive, especially in an old building, perfect location in the old town of Bolzano. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in Europe. Be aware of multiple stairs, but that did not bother us. Highly Recommend.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Bolzano, with everything you need just a minute's walk away. It beautifully combines a modern, stylish interior with the charm and soul of the original, renovated building. Traveling with our 4-month-old baby, we were delighted by the excellent facilities and thoughtful accommodations provided. The only challenge is the lack of a lift, as the building’s historic design doesn’t allow for one, requiring everything to be carried by hand (the hotel staff did so). Despite this, the experience was exceptional, and the staff’s attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.
