I'm not sure why others didn't like the hotel. We found the hotel quite nice. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Although the place looked run-down from the outside, it was cozy inside. Breakfast was okay. I didn't have the time to write a review, but the only reason I'm writing now is that I believe this hotel deserves a better rating than its current one.

The hotel is in a quiet location though close enough to the town center of Bozen. The room had a nice view, was quite large en comfortable. Good breakfast.

We loved staying here! Great, quiet location, just outside Bolzano with beautiful views, wonderful rooms, the BEST coffee and breakfast and fabulous service. It was an easy drive into Bolzano to take the cable car up the mountain for amazing views. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome and taking such great care of us Martin & Miriam Adelaide, Sth Australia
