The first day was very bad because the room was unbearable. There was no privacy as I could hear the conversations of the neighboring rooms. There was maintenance work that prevented me from sleeping at all. But the second day they gave me a wonderful room.

Very nice hotel with a lovely pool to relax in on a hot summer day. The room was pretty big, with a balcony and nice views of the pool and surrounding area. It's also not far away from the centre, just about a 5 minute drive.

Staff Angela and Vaina were very helpful and made our stay pleasant and their breakfast was memorable in a nice setting, I would stay there again.

The check in was easy and they let us leave the bags there until the check in time. The lady who received us was super nice and helpful with recommendations about Bolzano and its surroundings. The pool and the garden was very nice and all the sauna facilities were available. We enjoyed our stay!

Room and appliances needs renovation. E.g. hair dyier is like 10 -20 years old and looks ugly, air cond did not work properly, but luckily could cool down the room to the acceptable temp. Bad is comfortable. Breakfast - it could have more options, but existing ones were good. It was important for us to have a pool and it was there. Overall I am ok with hotel, however, should I come again to Bolzano, I'd check for another option.

Nice outdoor pool, nicely decorated and cozy. Close to Dolomites at least if you have a car.

Quiet area, clean room, comfortable bed. The ladies from the reception were lovely. Loved the apple strudel and the Sachertorte. My single room had a balcony. ❤️

This hotel is appropriate for relaxation: impressive view, big room, confortable beds, good facilities ( spa, pool, sauna), tasty apfelstrudel at breakfast.
