Excellent facilities and convenient location for southern bus station - staff made themselves available very helpfully providing advice. The hotel itself and rooms are very clean and good value for the price.

Nice to find a hotel in the vicinity of the NOI campus of Bolzano University. That saved me a lot of bus rides to town. The noise of the highway traffic was well reduced by the well-closing windows. I slept well despite heavy traffic at night! And I loved the bicycles that allowed me to ride along the river.

Room was clean, air conditioning worked great. Smart TV with a bunch of channels and the ability to remotely connect to a computer or phone. Very handy if you are on the road.

Everything was exactly as a hotel should be. Very clean, everything was working, no skeleton in the closet. The big TV is a nice addition. The staff is nice and helpful, the room was ready even before check in time.

Breakfast was ok. Breakfast server was overworked trying to keep up with the demand. She did a great job and was still criticised by some guests with no manners or empathy. Functional but nothing special. Able to park your vehicle close by on the premises. Not far to public transport which takes you to the city but still a fair way (25 mins) from the beautiful old city

Very pleasant and welcoming staff at reception. The room was very comfortable, if small. Excellent bathroom. The buffet breakfast was excellent with something for all tastes.

The room was nice and modern. Easy check-in, the room had a mini fridge and the reception area had plenty of resources- food, microwave, coffee machine, drinks & snacks.
