Great location. Bed was very comfy and extra pillows in the room if needed. Location was good - on regular bus routes and spar nearby. Room had a nice balcony with a view of the mountains.

Had the best time here in Bolzano at Apartaments Claudia Augusta. Host was kind and gracious, my group had a lost baggage on a bus and he kindly spent 2 hours of his own time to wait for the bus and helped to retrieve our baggages. The room in the apartment was spacious and perfect for a group of 5, apartment was neat and tidy with many amenities such as towels and kitchenware provided. Check-in process was also seamless and quick. Would not recommend this stay enough, it definitely deserves a high rating!
