Location, breakfast, cleanliness. A good welcome. Having a lift was useful. Car parking was very convenient and free.

The manager was really lovely, friendly and accommodating, breakfast was exactly enough, even though the place was full it was still really quiet :) right at the centre, close to everything! perfect little break.
