Mesmerising scenery. Very comfortable location. Amazing hosts. We only stayed there for one night but if I had to go back to Bolsena, I would definitely choose this place.

I had the King room with my partner and it was stunning! the extra bed size was well worth it and after a few days prior of beds too soft, I was so glad to have a lovely firm mattress! We were greeted on arrival by Donatella who is a fantastic host, she showed us the ropes and answered all questions - I think she could tell we were exhausted by the journey so left us to it that night and whatsapped me a list of great places to eat locally. The property itself is beautifully secluded on the hillside overlooking the old town of Bolsena and the lake further below. Absolutely breathtaking especially with good weather which we were fortunate to experience on our final morning. 5-10 minute walk down to the old town centre, 15 minute drive from Bagnoregio and otherwise a prime location to explore the surrounding areas of small old towns and rolling hills. Local eateries are fantastic!
