The location of the property was amazing. The room is perfectly clean and there was everything we may need. I would especially like to thank Chiara for her help during our trip. She was really helpful and friendly with us throughout our stay.

Good location. Very nice rooms with new renovation. Comfortable bed, clean and nice toilet and shower. Quite. Very good bar next door. Walking distance from train station and city center.

The decoration is lovely. You feel the design has had a lot of thought put into it. There are 3 apartments to rent. Each with a different theme. Our apartment was very quiet. I assume they all are (obviously it can depend on who is close to you - we certainly didn't have a problem and we like the quietness). It's in a good location for exploring Bologna on foot (the old part of town with a lot of things to see, and places to eat). All communication with Chiara was helpful and friendly. It's an excellent place to stay if you plan to spend most of your time exploring Bologna and the local area. And, of course, you also have self catering facilities.

It was really clean and nice house, may it be difficult to enter the building for the first time only but the owners are replying you back very fast. Therefore you can write them if you have a problem.

I appreciate the very good contact with the owner, who speaks English well;) The apartment is freshly renovated and very clean. The whole facility is atmospheric and cozy. The room has air conditioning and blinds. A plus is also a nice location: 20 min to the train station and the center. There are also numerous grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I appreciate the availability of coffee in the room and sweet jugs to greet me. This is a very nice gesture.

The bed was so comfortable, and the air conditioning was on when we arrived. Especially for hot summer days it was necessary thing to do, and we are thankful for that.

Clean, cosy, quiet and small room in an apartment, located close to the city centre - about 15min’s walk to Piazza Majore. Suitable for a short stay in Bologna. Communication with the owner is entirely online.
