The hotel was spotless and in excellent condition, with a fantastic concept (we also experienced TSH in Amsterdam). We can only say positive things about the staff, as they handled a situation that was not the hotel's fault with great care, accommodating our request without any hassle and showing a genuine willingness to help.

great location for walking into the city centre. Very close to the train station which was perfect for airport access and day trips. Great facilities and cool vibes. Great size room and bathroom was fab. Lovely outside areas for chilling.

A lovely modern hotel with every amenity you could need! Right by the train station and about a 20 minute walk into central Bologna. The staff were what really made the stay amazing! Every member of staff was extremely friendly and gave us advice on what to see in Bologna, and where to go on a night out, as well as booking taxis for us! REALLY recommend, and i would be keen to stay in other Social hub locations in other cities! We were only here for 1 night but I would have loved to stay for longer.

This hotel is fantastic! It's just a short walk from the central train station, making it a perfect choice if you're planning trips by train. The modern design, friendly staff, and excellent amenities make for a truly enjoyable stay. The hotel features a community kitchen, a cozy space for board games and PS4, and work-friendly tables with built-in power outlets. There's also a beautiful courtyard with a pool and beach chairs—perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. We stayed in the Executive room, and it exceeded our expectations. Along with the usual shampoo and shower gel, the hotel thoughtfully provides hair conditioner and body lotion. The bathroom even includes a bidet. The on-site bar and restaurant add to the convenience, serving drinks until 11 PM.

Staff is very nice, location is really practical right next to the train station, and a short walk away from the old town. The rooms are clean, comfortable bed, and lots to do in the hotel. Good value for money

Modern, clear, simple check in, good bar and kitchen. Large rooms, wide single beds spaced apart, large separate shower and toilet.
