We’ve stayed in March but the room was a bit hot so we had to open the window as we could not figure out how to turn on the air conditioning. Breakfast was average and there is it much choices. Security is poor. When we had a party in one of the function rooms, the guests were robbed of money. Not sure if there was a cctv or not as we didn’t find out who the culprit was.

Well placed close to the highway for easy reach. Ample parking space. Big comfortable room. The breakfast was very good also. Kind staff.

A great hotel, elegant and modern, situated in a very quiet area and well connected to the city center. Decent size rooms, clean and well equipped. Good and diversified breakfast. Very helpful and polite personnel.

The Hotel was easy to find and really nice. The front desk gentleman was kind but chose not to tell that there was a garage which was safe and where I could have left my extra suitcases in, in order to not have to reload, re-organize the trunk. I had prepared a small rolly for the night. Instead they told me they will send someone to help me empty the trunk as the parking was not safe. It is winter and hotel was not full so garage was an option. Then at the restaurant which stated being open until 10:15 pm a 9:00 pm one of the waitress came to remind the really kind waiter who was nice and helping me with menu options due to my allergies that he was spending too much time with me, the chef was going to leave, and insisted taping her nail on her watch right in front of me. The restaurant had only one other customer there was no reason for this attitude. She made me feel I was bothering he staff and chef, I should rush and leave as soon as possible. It turned out the chef was not leaving and few customers came later. The Gluten free menu was a little bit sad and food not so great, which is regretful as Italy is absolutely fantastic with gluten free options, pastas, pizzas etc. Breakfast was in same category, very very limited and no fresh fruits or healthy options. The GF bread was burger buns, and Italy as I said gives fantastic GF options, bread, cookies etc. They offered German made options, I found it disappointing. The room was really nice and cosy, and the mattress comfortable.

Everything was great. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. Cleanliness very good. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the bus station, the direct line to the center takes 20 minutes.

We always stay a night when returning home and passing by Bologna. This was our 3rd time over 6 years and hotel maintained the quality
