We have now used these apartments several times with various family members. The location is excellent for central Bologna. Communication with the property owners is also first rate and the information provided to access the apartments was easy to understand. The units are large studios and are well appointed with electrical appliances. The lift was helpful for the suitcases as the apartments are on the 2nd floor, but easily accessible by the wide staircase for those with the mobility to use them. Overall, the studios both offer an excellent starting point to explore Bologna.

The room was very clean with good facilities and extra thought given to what a traveller might need like washing up liquid, washing machine powder, this was a nice touch. It was also great being close to a vibrant food market.

Location is a 5 minute walk from the heart of Bologna, nestled next to the main food market and restaurants and over the road from one of the best coffee shops around. Easy access to everything. Lift access to the accommodation and good interaction with the property owners at all times.

The bed was comfortable and the aircon and washing machine makes a great difference. The street you stay on has great food and drinks options and is only a 5 minute taxi drive from the train station.

The perfect apartment for our 5 days in Bologna - this apartment was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly have needed, including washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, wardrobe space, iron, hairdryer etc. The location was brilliant - even better than we had imagined. The staff were easy to contact for any queries, and were very kind letting us leave our luggage in their locked, supervised reception area (10 minute walk from the apartment) on our final day after check-out, as we had a late flight. We would definitely return to this apartment next time we visit Bologna.

Prompt reply from hosts at short notice after we had a cancelled flight. Excellent instructions for access to the apartment. Light and airy accommodation. Very comfortable bed. Good sized kitchen. Extras much appreciated such as bottle of water, washing powder, dish washer tablets etc. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Bologna......easy walking distance to all attractions and train station.

I loved the location. It was surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The Market across the street have fresh fruits, bread and produce. It is a place that felt very local rather than touristy.
