The room was quite clean, the personnel was polite and helpful. There were two lifts, so easy to carry the luggage. The location is so close to bus station and touristic area.

Good location, near to the old town center. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of food and beverages. Room was warm, comfy, clean and silent.

This hotel offers great value for money. Its atmosphere retains the simplicity of its original monastery roots, so while the rooms aren’t luxurious, the price reflects that. The breakfast was decent, my room was clean, and I could sleep with the windows open without any city noise, thanks to the peaceful view facing the Basilica di San Domenico. From this location, many of the city’s major attractions are within walking distance, making it an excellent base for exploring.

My room was simple and clean, very functional. The staff was kind and helpful, The breakfast was included in the price and was good. Wifi-connection was excellent. A city map was available.

Location was great, in a quiet and nice part of town. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but acceptable for the price of the room. The room was small but enough for one person.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms and facilities were intact. Everything was great. I felt so happy being there. It's very close to the town. Very good historical sites in the vicinity. Nice places to eat pizza and local food.
