Nice hotel, just near to the train station, so if you are planning to travel, it is very comfortable. İt is also near to the city center. The staff are pleasant. İt was very nice from the hotel to greet my wife with her birthday with the flowers. The room is spacious and very clean. İt has dressing room. There is coffee machine in the room, which is very convenient.

The staff at check in was attentive. Gianluca is his name, hope I spelled it right. He noticed it was my birthday, presented me with a little box of treats and complimentary breakfast. Really warm, hospitable and friendly. Great location, close to train station and the shopping area.

Great room in a very modern hotel very close to the central station and at walking distance to the centre. We booked a regular room for 1 night and we were selected as "lucky guests" for an upgrade to a much fancier room (the fact we just booked one night probably played a role, but it was much appreciated). What welcomed us was a hand written note stating what the woman at the reception already anticipated, a coffee machine, some little gifts, a stationary bicycle and a truly huge terrace. Plus a big bathroom with several amenities and a wardrobe room. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was very organised, would recommend even without the upgrade.

Room was large, comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and fridge. Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice and oats +nuts/seeds & dried fruits and fresh fruits, plenty of croissants and pastries and hot options Very close to station so easy to get to airport or other locations in Italy by rail

First of all, your receptionists and housekeepers were so friendly, helpfull and smiling. Breakfast was excellent! Location of the hotel very centered to all historical places and Bologna Centrale train station. Thank you for your serve.
