Perfect location, the property is on a quite street , all the attractions in walking distance. Good communication with the host before arriving, he and the staff were very helpful and friendly .

We would like to thank Uberto and Anna for their hospitality and friendliness. The room was spacious and very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed ;) Breakfast was continental style with plenty of options. The location of the hotel was a 5 minute walk to the attractions.

The property is located almost in the center, on a quite street, staff is really friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out went smoothly, and we were offered to leave the luggage at the property even after check-out, big and comfortable bed, restaurants around available in 5-10 mins walk.

The staff was very friendly. Anna went above and beyond to help me. She prepared a lovely breakfast for us. Uberto sourced me a different mattress for the second night of my stay as I could not sleep on the mattress supplied with the room due to the fact that it was hard and I have a bad back. He was very kind and thoughtful

Tasty modern decor and a very central position. Just 10/15 minutes walking to the main square and round the corner from a very lively area of the city with plenty of bars/restaurants. The owner has been very nice as well as the lady preparing breakfast. Breakfast was actually a pleasant surprise, as it was quite well done for the limited space available. The garage in the vicinity is pretty handy too (the fee includes access to the limited-traffic zone).

This was our 10th trip to Italy but the first time in Bologna. We just loved this city. Mua (on Via De Coltellini) was exceptional as was the Manager, Uberto. He was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The rooms were well furnished, clean and well suited our needs. Cleaning and breakfast staff were also very friendly and professional. Mua is centrally located to everything. You don't really need the bus unless going to or from the train station (taxis are also plentiful and relatively inexpensive). Being our first time in Bologna, Uberto provided us with all the information on places to see and things to do in this wonderful city, especially pointing out the small train up to San Luca and the Canale on Via Piella, both must-sees. While we are not really breakfast people, we did not eat breakfast at Mua and Uberto pointed out a couple cafes close by. Bar Felicity, across the main street from Mua was very good for croissants, coffee and tea. This first visit to Bologna certainly exceeded our expectations, as did Mua, and we hope to return at some point to do more exploring of the region around Bologna. Barry and Sherry

Uberto is extremely friendly. The rooms were exactly like the photos, the location is great, very close to the main attractions.
