The room was clean and well kept. The apartment communal areas were also clean and well kept with refreshment facilities available.

I found the room to be clean and nice. There were some extra things, like tea and cosmetics that made me feel more taken care of. The key locker system works fine. The staff (Elisa) was friendly and helpful.
