The property is ideally located near the city center and train station. The ability to open all doors automatically, without a key, was incredibly convenient and smart.

Easy to reach, quit zone. It is 15/20 minutes from the center and the central station. Owner living beside and always at disposal. Looks a new construction and the furnitures are new. LIDL close to it. The room was very clean.

location was pretty great. At first entering by myself with automatic doors was a bit strange but it worked very well. You just have to make sure your phone is charged :) overall property has potential but some improvements are necessary lidl and spar nearby

The property overall was good, with a nice modern design, and the bed was comfortable. The position was around 40-minute walk into the center of Bologna and only 10 minutes to the Bologna Fair. There is not much around the actual property besides a supermarket, a Chinese restaurant below, and a couple of bars.

It was a new room, smart tv, it has a lot of usefull thing in case you need to eat a snack or something, they left us some juice and water in the fridge and some cookies Close to markets/shops, 15 min walk from train station

We really were pleasantly relieved and pleased that the roo was so ideal. This includes the cleanliness which was immaculate, the shower very powerful, the very firm mattress the facilities such as a fridge and cutlery, and the unique locking system which relies on a slider on your phone which is sent to you beforehand. I found communication very good and really my wife and I were really impressed. Oh yes the silent air con was perfect too. We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again definitely.

Very convenient to walk into Bologna. Great entry system using your phone, felt safe. Useful to have a fridge and a microwave. Plenty of hot water for showers. Lidl 2 mins walk for breakfast or other food items.
