The staff was kind and helpful. They gave a champagne for New Year s Eve. The location is very good, the room (triple room) was big and confy (the heating is with air conditioning)

Conveniently located between the centre and the train station, beautiful building and facilities, parts a bit aged but true to the hotel’s character, and old-fashioned hotel service. Would recommend depending on the rate offered.

Nice atmosphere, old(ish) furniture that gives the rooms a nice flair. Perfectly clean. Very nice staff. Close to train station and city centre. Surrounding area is beautiful.

The personnel were friendly, check-in was efficient. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas which added to the holiday spirit. The location is very convenient to walk around Bologna (the city center area is small). Our room in particular was well-sized and it all felt clean. :) It was overall a very nice experience. Would recommend and return! The hotel is a little bit outdated, you can see wear and tear around the hotel, but that did not affect us. :)

Very nice hotel in a great location in Bologna. Beds very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is nice, although busy and the downstairs garage is a great thing to have as there is no parking on the street. But the price of 30 euros/day is expensive and adds onto the daily rate.
