a boutique hotel. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Also, if you have a car, those who are looking for a hotel for the fair can rent one. The distance to the fair by car is 10 minutes.

The staff was very nice, the bed comfy and the bathroom clean. Unfortunately I didn't notice that it was by the Roveri train station, not Centrale so that was a bit of a surprise, thankfully the bus stop is literally in front of the hotel and buses to the Bologna centre come fairly often.

The staff was very friendly and gave advice whenever needed. Room was spacious, the bathroom as well. It had a nice balcony. Location was calm, no unwanted noise or disturbance. Breakfast included.

The property is as it’s described. Easy to reach with public transportation from the city center. Very good, both for its value for money and for essential services. Typical italian breakfast is served in the mornings. Members of the staff are very kind and friendly.
