The location was perfect just a very short stroll from the Piazza Maggiore. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant provided us with an excellent dinner. The kitchen is visible from the dining room so it was great to see the food being prepared. There is a very nice cocktail bar attached to the restaurant. We did not try the breakfast as we went out into town

This is a very good hotel to stay in Bologna. The location is perfect as you're a stone through away from everything. The hotel lobby is quite pretty, the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The room and bathroom was very clean, classy, the bed was comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet taking in consideration how central it is - we slept very well!

This is the third time we’ve visited Bologna and the third time we have stayed at this lovely hotel. The staff are friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are lovely, beds are super comfy. The restaurant and bar are great. Breakfasts are good, plenty of choice, and the location is perfect. So central. Bologna is a lovely city to visit, and this hotel is a real gem.

Geographical location in the center of the city and wonderful palace. Nice quite rooms, nice bathrooms and toiletries. Very welcoming staff and great breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a great location, room was clean and well presented, if not slightly strange arrangement, with the en suite and cloak handing space off the main bedroom which is quite narrow. No view but large bed, and well appointed, for central Bologna reasonable value and a stones throw from central attractions. Loved the free taxi from the airport!
