Friendly, helpful staff. Made us feel welcome and made sure we had parking spot straight away. The hotel felt older, (which we liked) but very clean and comfortable. Ceilings were probably 10ft high in the bedroom! 15 min walk through the porticos to Piazza Maggiore was quite acceptable.

Room was a good size and comfortable. It was noisy at night but no fault of the hotel. Good location with plenty of transport links. Staff were very pleasant.

The staff was very kind. The room was clean and quite big. The coffee at breakfast is very good. The Japanese restaurant downstairs is the best. It must be tried.

Very big and nice room, big bed, hotel is 20 minutes by walk from the centre. Staff is nice and friendly.

The location was good-20-25 minutes away by foot from the city center. The room was comfortable. One of the things we liked the most was the private parking place! Although it is small we were lucky to find a place for our car by the host's help! Thank you, girls! The food was delicious and there were different sweets! Thank you for the hospitality and the kindness! We recommend it!

On arrival staff were very helpful. Parking is easy both on and off site. Breakfasts were a great variety, fresh, and early start. Highly recommended as a great location if driving. We booked last minute, so really appreciated the staff giving us tips for sightseeing, parking and restaurants.

Great location just outside the old town so easy walk in without having to deal with navigating the town by car. The free parking was great.
