Great location, quiet rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. Our aircon wasn’t working properly, so they gave us another room (an upgrade).

Pleasant, quiet building and room with excellent location by the student area, but perfectly situated for exploring the centre also. We loved our little balcony, although the weather in November meant we couldn't really sit in it! Staff very friendly, and helpful in providing us with a kettle.

Very good location, near the city historical center. Big sized room, clean and comfy beds. Breakfast ok, due to Covid restrictions. I want to mention that the staff was great and very helpful.

The hotel is well located, close to all the central attractions and about 20 minutes' walk from the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. All the staff were very pleasant to deal with.

This was a very pleasant hotel. Walk up access only. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was simple and plentiful. Good location near the university with restaurants and bars nearby.

This is the perfect hotel. I stayed as I was travelling on business to attend meetings at the University of Bologna. The hotel was conveniently located to my meetings, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. This is proper Italy - not a modern built hotel which could be located anywhere in the world.
