Exceptional hotel. From the property itself to the staff and all related elements of a stay, exceptional through and through. The attention to detail, patience and passion was evident in every aspect of our stay. The dining options as well as all amenities excellent and more than cover a range of options. It was right in the middle of the city and we could walk everywhere. The staff were very helpful and the recommended restaurants good value for money and good food.

Very impressive on arrival with gorgeous decor in rooms and reception areas. Spotlessly clean and every detail has been thought of. Huge room & bathroom. Fabulous breakfast and plenty of staff on reception /door/bar. Ginger margaritas are fab! Very central for shops etc.

Location is superb. Could not be better. Hotel itself is "grand". Breakfast was excellent and the staff at the desk and the restaurant were very friendly and efficient. The hotel is not cheap, but you get treated very well.

This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Our room was upgraded on arrival, it was beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble, all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to please. Breakfast was great and served until 11 and check out isn’t until 1pm so you feel very relaxed and not rushed. I had a massage in the spa which was amazing and we used the steam room and sauna which we thoroughly enjoyed. The reception staff are extremely helpful and the bar staff cheerful and friendly. All in all a great relaxing experience.

The location was excellent. Very convenient for seeing the sights. It was also close enough to the train station so that we could walk and take the monorail to the airport on departure. The Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.
