The fine print
For bookings lasting more than 20 days, electricity and gas costs are included in the price up to a maximum of €70.00 per month and a deposit up to 1000 euro can be required according to the lenght of the stay. For reservations longer than 30 days, the signature and registration of a rental contract is required. All foreign citizens must possess or obtain an Italian tax code.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Location great though a bit noisy some nights as bars etc closeby. Easy walking distance to the main attractions. Checking in was easy. Liked the layout of the apartment. Spacious and warm. Staff very communicative, friendly and helpful

The flat is in a great location, about 15 minutes walk from both the centre and the station and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. The downstairs bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, large wardrobe area and there is a bathroom with a bath. The next floor has a well-equipped kitchen/living room area and there's even a stereo with a fantastic range of CDS. There is a lovely little terrace. There is another floor which is partly open to the kitchen, with a sofa bed. The apartment is comfortable and very clean. The apartment is ideal for 2 friends (3 or 4 if people don't mind sharing beds) or a couple.

We liked the stay very much. The appartment is very spacious, clean and well furnished. Location is just great, close to cafes and trattorias. At the same time you avoid downtown crowds. Friday and Satuday night can be bit noisy as the students party directly on the street (it did not disturb us at all).
