Quite an unusual decor, but given the properties background this was understandable. Great open plan space in the living area so adequately accommodated our party of 10. Property was well looked after and clean. Bedrooms are well furnished and great to see separate ensuite bathrooms. Location was good to the train and bus stations. 15 minute walk to the centre and all attractions. The owner has an adjoining bar and serves lunch for €10, this was very welcoming and extremely good value for money. Ideal after we had checked in.

Our stay in Bologna was excellent! We got to the apartment from the airport very easily. It was easy to find, and the owner was always available, responding quickly to both calls and messages. The location is close to the city center, and we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment has a great bar downstairs, and we enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff in the evenings. No noise from the bar could be heard in the room. There’s also a supermarket nearby if you prefer to cook, but we took advantage of the local bars and restaurants. On our departure day, we had a late flight, and after checking out, we were able to leave our luggage in a common area and pick it up in the evening without any issues.

Really friendly welcome from checkin, great communication with the owners. The property itself is very different, with thoughtful touches and a cool vibe. The rooms themselves were clean, comfortable, modern and (I’m not sure if there all fitted with them) but incredible black out blinds too. Location was brilliant (everywhere within the walls is reachable within 40 mins walk).

Great communication with the host prior to arrival. Really big and quirky place with exposed pipes and photos of baths (was part of factory in the past) and a Vespa moped to pose on for pics. Rooms were lovely, and finished to a high standard. Living space was great for hanging out it. Host kindly left coffee pods and other bits. There was a stereo in the lounge which is operated via blue tooth which was good and set at a sound level so as not to disturb others in the block. It was just perfect for a group of friends. We were able to leave our cases with the host on departure day which was really helpful.

The hostess is very kind and helpful. The design of the room is amazing. There are free coffee and tea at the common kitchen .
