The place is very cozy, spacious, and clean. The breakfast is shared with the students who live there but that's not a problem at all because the restaurant is spacious. The breakfast has a variety of choices. I also had lunch there, it was cheap and the pasta was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they also got us checked in early. Thank you so much!

Lovely staff and super clean. Bikes just outside which was an easy ride to the city centre and also walkable.

Really spacious room, very nice location - 20 minutes walking distance from city centre and 5 minutes next to the train station! The breakfast was really good and the staff really helpful! The hotel is more like a school campus, but it is very quiet! There is a big supermarket 5 minutes away, but there is also a vending machine 24/7 in the reception area with water and snacks in reasonable prices.

The location is very close to Bologna San Vitale train station which is one stop away from the Central station.

The staff was very helpful, kind and understanding. The room was really clean and comfortable. There was not many savory options for breakfast but it definitely was tasty. Really recommend this place :)

The area is very quiet and you can get a proper rest. The room and bathroom are big enough, and it was warm enough inside despite low temperatures outside. Bed was big enough and mattress was comfortable.
